Condom Commandos

November 2007

Media Co-op's latest documentary, 'Condom Commandos' was screened at the Glasgow Film Theatre in October.

This is a good news story about HIV/AIDS in Africa in which Angolan army soldiers swap their guns for condoms and army doctor Andre Chimuco leads his troops to talk frankly about sex.

The film was commissioned by the Angolan NGO ACCORD and will be used widely across Africa and beyond to promote a participatory approach to HIV/AIDS education.

More information and clips of the documentary can be found at Media Co-op website.
